CSL is committed to soccer education. CSL is more than a just an organized league. We are committed to individual player development and soccer education through technical training. While team practice is “team-centric” and will focus on the success of the team, technical training is “player-centric” and focuses on the success of the individual player.
Technical Director
Michael Cagle
As Technical Director at CSL, Michael oversees training, technical support, and coaching assistance for League teams and players. He works closely with the board of directors, staff and volunteers to push CSL towards defining and achieving its outcomes and vision of being the gold standard community-based club. His responsibilities include developing and implementing goals for CSL player and coach development, providing League Technical Training sessions, ensuring all coaches and facilitators receive training and/or licensure appropriate for their age group, in addition to conducting summer camps and other league special events.
