Please be advised the above links will take you to the New Proposed By-Laws and the "Blackline" version for review of the changes. There will be a vote at the Parents meeting to accept the changes.

The Parent's meeting will be held on February 22, 2018 at the Scottish Rite at the corner of Cedar Lane and Hatton Point at 6:30 pm. Please plan to attend.

The major changes to the By-Laws deal with

1. The President and Vice-President prerequisite prior board experience

2. The make up of the Board...adding several positions

3. Upping the limit the Treasurer can authorize to spend during the course of business

4. Changes to the way By-Law changes can be made

5. Some technical changes - punctuation and grammer corrections.
