U12 Technical Standards

Every player asks the question, "What do I need to do to get better?" As Dynamo FC continues to increase it's player pool and the level of competition continues increase we wanted to give the boys a set of technical standards to meet in the beginning of the U12 year. These are maneuvers that each player can perform at his pace between now and the beginning of the season. It's a perfect set of guidelines for those players who are looking for something that will benefit their overall technical ability and speed of play. The link to the video is listed below. You can watch the moves over and over again until you are able to reproduce them smoothly. Remember, for those of you returning to the age group from last year, the majority of these maneuvers will be review. For those players that are new to the group, it will help you to see what is required of you as we begin the season. Good luck and I'll see you all in two weeks at Dynamo FC Park.
